Who I am
Over 25 years of work experience with prominent names such as Microsoft, Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), Reuters, and IBM. I have held many positions in the hardware, software, and consulting sectors. I have performed tasks ranging from technical pre-sales to sales management and top management.
I have a talent for increasing market share and, in most of the companies where I have worked, we have recorded significant growth (often double-digit). My career has led me to know the EU market, working in Italy, Iberia, France, and beyond. I have managed budgets, led small start-ups, and held executive positions during mergers and acquisitions. I am a visionary but I strongly believe that leading by example is the best leadership style to achieve concrete goals. This mindset not only motivates me but also inspires the teams I have had the privilege to lead. In 2019 I decided to start my own business and founded ANGALE Consulting. I focus on helping organizations develop new business, new activities, evolve or renew their business models and strategies. My expertise stands out in sectors such as transport, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare, and finance.
